Terms of Sale

These terms apply only to paid Premium subscriptions. Free use of FairChore is governed by the Terms of Service.
Article 1 - Seller Identification
The FairChore Premium Service is offered by:

Article 2 - Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of FairChore Premium subscriptions.
Any purchase of a Premium subscription implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale, as well as the Terms of Service.
Article 3 - Premium Service Description
The FairChore Premium subscription provides access to the following features:
- Complete and unlimited task history
- Detailed statistics and advanced analytics
- Data export (CSV, PDF)
- Priority support
The complete list of Premium features is available on the site's pricing page. Features may evolve; we will inform you of significant changes.
Article 4 - Pricing
Price Display
Prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). The applicable price is the one indicated at the time of subscription.
Currency
Payments are made in euros (€). For users outside the eurozone, the exchange rate applied is that of your bank or Stripe.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will be communicated 30 days before taking effect and will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals.
Article 5 - Ordering
Ordering Process
To subscribe to a Premium subscription:
- Log in to your FairChore account
- Access the Premium page from settings
- Choose your subscription plan
- Proceed to payment via our secure provider Stripe
Confirmation
After payment validation, you will receive a confirmation email and Premium features will be activated immediately.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Other methods offered by Stripe depending on your country
Payment Security
All payments are secured by Stripe, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. We never have access to your complete banking details.
Billing
An invoice will be available in your customer area after each payment. You can also receive it by email upon request.
Article 7 - Duration and Renewal
Subscription Duration
The Premium subscription is taken out for a monthly or annual period depending on the plan chosen.
Automatic Renewal
The subscription automatically renews at each expiration date, unless you cancel. Payment is made on the anniversary date of the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain access to Premium features until that date.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
Exercising Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at team@fairchore.com clearly stating your withdrawal request and your contact details.
Refund
In case of withdrawal, we will refund you the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method as the initial transaction.
Exception
If you have expressly requested to start using the Premium Service during the withdrawal period and have used it, an amount proportional to what was provided may be retained.
Article 9 - Service Access
Access to Premium features is activated immediately after payment confirmation. In case of technical problems preventing access, contact us for a quick resolution.
Article 10 - Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect damages related to the use of the Service
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Data loss due to misuse or external factors
Article 11 - Complaints and Disputes
In case of complaint:
- First contact us by email at team@fairchore.com
- We commit to responding within 30 days
- If the dispute persists, you can resort to mediation
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator will be provided upon request.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions in favor of consumers.
Article 13 - Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale. Changes will be notified 30 days before taking effect and will only apply to purchases made after that date.
